Controlled Hand Embroidery Environment

Our embroidery floor is organized to support detailed, long-hour handwork with accuracy and repeatability. Dedicated workstations, calibrated lighting, and structured frame setups allow artisans to execute complex embroidery with consistency across samples and production.

All materials used in embroidery—including sequins, beads, and threads—are received, sorted, and prepared prior to sampling or production. Materials undergo cleaning, testing, and internal checks to ensure stability, finish consistency, and suitability for the intended application.

Where applicable, material origins and preparation stages are documented to support traceability and client requirements.

Sampling Development Infrastructure & In-Process Quality Checks

Our infrastructure supports structured sampling and development workflows. Client briefs are translated into embroidery trials, technique refinements, and material testing before final approvals. This ensures alignment between approved samples and production execution.

Quality control is embedded at multiple stages of embroidery. Work is reviewed during execution, after completion, and during finishing to ensure adherence to approved specifications, workmanship standards, and visual consistency.

Secure Handling & Export Readiness

Finished samples and production pieces are handled with care, packed appropriately, and prepared for international shipping. Our infrastructure supports secure sample storage, controlled access, and export-ready packaging suitable for global logistics.
