Step 1 - Design Interpretation & Feasibility Assessment

Every project begins with a detailed review of the client’s brief, references, and design intent. Embroidery techniques, complexity, material suitability, timelines, and execution parameters are evaluated at this stage.
Beyond immediate development, designs are assessed for long-term feasibility, repeatability, and production alignment, ensuring that embroidery can be consistently developed across seasons if required.
Outcome: a clear technical and creative framework aligned with long-term production.

Step 2 - Material Selection & Preparation

Based on design requirements, appropriate materials are selected and prepared prior to sampling. Materials are evaluated for finish consistency, stability, and suitability for the intended embroidery techniques.
When sustainable or recycled materials are used, additional preparation and internal testing are conducted to ensure they meet luxury performance standards. Material choices are assessed not only for aesthetics, but also for availability, consistency, and suitability for long-term production programs.

Outcome: materials that behave predictably and remain reliable over time.

Step 3 - Sampling & Technique Development

Embroidery samples are developed to refine technique, density, placement, scale, and finish. This phase may involve multiple trials to ensure precise alignment with the design intent.
Sampling at Arazzo is treated as the foundation for long-term collaboration, establishing benchmarks that can be reliably replicated across future developments, reorders, or scaled production.
Outcome: an approved embroidery sample that defines a repeatable standard.

Step 4 - Approval & Production Alignment

Once a sample is approved, detailed embroidery specifications are documented to guide execution. These specifications ensure that production outcomes align precisely with the approved sample.
This stage creates a critical bridge between creative development and manufacturing, ensuring that future developments, repeat orders, or scaled production maintain the same quality and execution standards.
Outcome: clear alignment between sampling and repeat production.

Step 5 - Execution with In-Process Quality Checks

Embroidery is executed by skilled artisans with in-process quality checks conducted at defined stages. These checks ensure adherence to approved specifications, workmanship standards, and visual consistency throughout execution.
Our execution model is designed to support ongoing production cycles, maintaining consistent quality across batches, timelines, and collections.
Outcome: controlled, production-ready hand embroidery.

Step 6 - Finishing, Final Review & Dispatch

Completed embroidery undergoes a final review before finishing and packing. Pieces are prepared for secure international dispatch, ensuring they reach clients in optimal condition and are ready for integration into final garments or products.
This structured approach enables brands to work with Arazzo as a dependable embroidery partner within their global supply chain.
Outcome: embroidery delivered with reliability and consistency.

Supporting Brands at Every Stage of Growth

Arazzo works with brands at different stages of their journey-from new and emerging labels to established luxury houses.
For brands starting out, we understand that clarity, guidance, and flexibility are essential. We support small quantities and early-stage development, offering hands-on assistance with embroidery techniques, material selection, CAD development, pattern interpretation, and sampling. This allows young brands to develop collections confidently without the pressure of large minimums.
As brands grow, our process is designed to scale seamlessly-supporting repeat developments, larger production runs, and multi-season collaborations while maintaining consistent quality and execution.
Whether developing a first collection or supporting an established design team, Arazzo functions as a full-service embroidery manufacturing partner, providing technical, creative, and production support under one roof.

Why This Process Works for Long-Term Partnerships

Arazzo’s process is built to remove uncertainty from embroidery development. By combining structured workflows, experienced artisans, and material readiness, we support brands with consistent quality across samples and production, reliable timelines, and the ability to scale confidently over time.
This is why brands work with Arazzo not as a vendor, but as a long-term embroidery partner.
